Health declaration

Offshore sailing is an active sport. By ticking the box below you confirm that you are of sound mind, and medically fit and able-bodied enough to take part.

A medical condition will not usually prevent you from joining, but the Membership Director does need to know about anything that could affect your safety, or the safety of the crew you are at sea with. If you have any questions, contact the Membership Director.

If you are in any doubt about your fitness for offshore sailing, speak to your GP before you apply.

Consents and permissions

What it costs

Day rate · winter£41/day

Family Member and Junior Member are add-ons to membership. The day rate covers the boat, fuel, gas and maintenance. Temporary membership lets a member bring a guest, at £20 a day on top of the day rate.

What happens next

We receive your application and email you the bank transfer details.
We set up your account and send your membership number and a login for the online booking system.
Two days after you join, book your first sail and turn up.

There must be at least two days between joining and using the sailing facilities.
